Package No. and Title: G2: Orthopedic manufacturing equipment and assistive technology for General Agency for Development of Persons with Disabilities (GADPWD) and Vocational Training Center of GADPWD.
- Mongolia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Ensuring Inclusiveness and Service Delivery for Persons with Disabilities Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the package G2: Orthopedic manufacturing equipment and assistive technology for GADPWD and Vocational Training Center of GADPWD.
- The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for package G2: Orthopedic manufacturing equipment and assistive technology for GADPWD and Vocational Training Center of GADPWD.
- National competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries. The procurement process will follow ADB’s procurement guidelines.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit and inspect the Bidding Document at the address given below, from 09:00 – 12:30 and 14:00 – 17:00 hours.
- The Bidding Document, in the Mongolian language, may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee in MNT50,000. The method of payment will be direct deposit. The document will be sent by airmail at the cost of the bidder. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

- Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 hours, Ulaanbaatar time: 11 May 2022. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security for whole package: MNT12,530,000, which consists of Lot 1: MNT2,630,000 andLot 2: MNT9,900,000. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below 10:00 hours, Ulaanbaatar time: 11 May 2022.
- The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
